Warranty Policy – 7WASH Europe

At 7WASH, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only, under the conditions outlined below.


Warranty Coverage

Care & Cleaning Products
(e.g. Tire Dressing, Shampoo, Coatings, Sprays, Chemicals)
6 months from the date of purchase
• Only in the case of a verifiable material or manufacturing defect

Accessories & Tools
(e.g. sponges, applicators, microfiber cloths, brushes)
30 days from the date of purchase
• Only in the case of a manufacturing defect

Important Notes
• The warranty applies only to products purchased directly via our website
• Valid only for the original purchaser and not transferable
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required


What Is Not Covered by the Warranty

The 7WASH warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, product consumption, reduced effectiveness through use, empty products, or natural aging
• Incorrect use, incorrect dosage, use on unsuitable surfaces, or insufficient preparation (e.g. surface not cleaned or degreased)
• Consequential damage to vehicles, paint, wheels, interior, textiles, leather, plastics, or other materials caused by improper application
• Chemical reactions or incompatibilities with third-party products, sealants, coatings, or sensitive surfaces
• Improper storage (heat, frost, direct sunlight, open containers, contamination)
• Accidents or misuse (drops, leaks, breakage, excessive force)
• Cosmetic issues such as minor scratches, dents, or packaging damage that do not affect functionality
• Unauthorized modifications such as refilling, mixing, diluting, or tampering with products
• Commercial or professional use (e.g. detailing studios, fleet or rental use, continuous high-load usage)


Shipping Costs & Transport Damage

Returns to us
• Shipping costs to us are generally borne by the customer

Approved warranty cases
• We cover the return shipping of replacement or repaired goods within Switzerland only

International orders
• Both outbound and return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Transport damage
• Shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery
• Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the carton, shipping label, and product


Customer Responsibilities

To allow a warranty claim to be reviewed, you must:

• Use the product according to the instructions
• Store the product correctly (cool, dry, frost-free, no direct sunlight)
• Report the defect within 30 days of discovery
• Provide proof of purchase
• Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue

Review
We usually respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Resolution
Depending on the case, we may offer:
• Replacement of the product
• Replacement of a defective component
• A suitable alternative product


Limitation of Liability

7WASH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of value, or property damage arising from the use or inability to use our products.
