Returns & Right of Withdrawal – 7WASH Europe

At 7WASH, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, the following conditions apply.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Returns Conditions

Condition of Goods

Returned items must:

• be unused
• be in original condition
• be returned in the original packaging, if available

Important – Excluded Products
Opened or used care and cleaning products (e.g. sprays, coatings, liquids, chemicals) are excluded from return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless:

• the product is defective, or
• the product was damaged during transport

This exclusion is permitted under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


Order Number

Please always include your order number with any return.


Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method


Refunds

Inspection

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


Deductions

The refund amount corresponds to the purchase price minus:

• non-refundable outbound shipping costs
• payment or transaction fees not refunded by the payment provider
• any loss in value if the item is returned used, incomplete, or damaged


Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for new and unused items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing times are normal)

Transport Damage

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including:

• photos of the shipping carton (including label)
• photos of the damaged product
• if possible, photos of the inner packaging
