Microfiber is the most important tool in car care – and the most underrated. The right towel for each job, used and washed correctly, reduces the risk of scratches and gives better results with every product.
Which towel for which job
- Washing: a microfiber wash mitt instead of a sponge – it lifts dirt away from the surface. Included in the Car Wash Shampoo Set.

How to use microfiber without scratching
- Fold the cloth into quarters – that gives you eight clean sides.
- Wipe in straight lines with light pressure.
- Turn to a fresh side as soon as one is dirty.
- Keep towels separated by job: paint, glass, wheels, interior.
- A towel that touches the ground goes straight into the wash.
How to wash microfiber
- Wash separately from cotton (lint).
- No fabric softener – it clogs the fibers and reduces absorbency.
- Moderate temperature, air-dry or tumble on low.
